Andrew has 3 years’ experience in the Investment Banking industry and grew up a part of the financial services industry by way of his father, Glen Viditz-Ward
Raised in North Carolina, he attended Appalachian State University and earned his BSBA in Finance & Banking. During his tenure, he was selected as 1 of 12 students to participate in the Bowden Investment Group, a year-long course focused on teaching students the process of fundamental analysis for equities through hands-on management of a $240,000 equity portfolio. He served as Bowden’s macroeconomic consult, providing weekly presentations on the global and U.S. economies and served as an analyst for several positions of the fund. Andrew also spent a summer semester abroad at one of England’s top universities; The London School of Economics (LSE) where he was educated on macroeconomics and business management. Lastly, he volunteered his spare time to the business school as a student ambassador and is still a devoted Mountaineer.
Upon graduation, Andrew began his career with Swiss Wall Street Investment Bank, Credit Suisse. In his 3 years with the bank, he started as a client onboarding analyst responsible for screening new and existing clients of the bank against U.S Anti-Money Laundering and PATRIOT Act regulations to prevent illegal financing of criminal organizations. He spent the remaining 2 years as a strategic analysis for Credit Suisse aiding in competitive analysis, financial reporting, and client relationship management.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys cheering on the Mountaineers and the Denver Broncos, hiking/biking throughout the local area of Fort Mill, playing pickle ball, golf, and skiing. He is also an aspiring fly fisherman and currently studying to earn his CFP designation.
